Мы ищем Python-разработчика в команду AI-решений, которая занимается созданием, запуском и поддержкой интеллектуальных агентов для автоматизации задач на финансовом рынке.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Разрабатывать, тестировать и внедрять AI-агентов на Python для решения бизнес-задач финансового сектора.
  • Проектировать архитектуру агентов с использованием современных фреймворков (LangChain, LangGraph и др.).
  • Интегрировать внешние инструменты, API и базы данных (в том числе через MCP-серверы).
  • Обеспечивать бесшовную эксплуатацию AI-агентов в промышленных системах: мониторинг, анализ логов, локализация и устранение инцидентов.
  • Выстраивать и поддерживать процессы MLOps/DevOps для CI/CD и жизненного цикла AI-моделей и агентов.
  • Активно участвовать в командной разработке: планирование, оценка задач, код-ревью, ведение документации.

Для нас важно:

  • Опыт работы в роли Python разработчика от 3х лет в проектах по разработке AI агентов с использованием инструментов и технологий языка Python.
  • Опыт использования фреймворков и библиотек разработки AI-агентов (LangChain, LangGraph и др.).
  • Опыт эксплуатации AI-агентов в промышленных системах.
  • Опыт командной разработки с использованием программных продуктов Confluence, Jira, Git, Jenkins.
  • Опыт работы, как в каскадных (waterfall), так и в гибких методологиях (Agile и/или Scrum) разработки.
  • Обязателен опыт работы с Docker и желательно, опыт работы с закрытыми репозиториями.
