About the Role

• We are looking for a driven Retail Store Manager to run the daily operations of our store.
• You will lead your team, deliver an excellent customer experience, manage inventory, and hit sales targets in line with our goals in educational supplies, office, and lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage store layout, stock display, and visual presentation
• Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and manage staff scheduling
• Analyze sales data, customer preferences, and market trends to improve product offerings
• Supervise, train, and motivate Retail Sales Executives and Store Supervisor
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Maintain proper stock levels, run regular stock checks, keep accurate records, and minimize stock loss
• Uphold high customer service standards and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Run in-store promotions with the marketing team and drive foot traffic through local marketing and community engagement
• Work with the procurement team to keep the supply chain running smoothly
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure company standards are met

Requirements

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Solid knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
• 4-5 years of proven retail management experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer engagement
• Living within reasonable proximity to the store location (Gwarinpa)
• Minimum of HND or B.Sc is required
