Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop scalable banking & lending solutions (LOS/LMS platforms)
- Actively contribute to hands-on coding (50%+) across backend and frontend
- Build robust backend systems using .NET Core, Web APIs, and Microservices architecture
- Develop responsive UI using Angular or React
- Drive AI integration into applications, ensuring real business impact
- Solve complex technical challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Contribute to system design, architecture, and performance optimization
- Ensure high-quality code through reviews, testing, and engineering best practices
- Support cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines (Azure/AWS)
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 5-8 years of experience in software development
- Strong experience in lending domain proven hands-on expertise :
i. .NET Core, Web APIs
ii. Microservices architecture
iii. Angular or React
- Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SQL Server
- Solid understanding of system design and distributed systems
- Demonstrated significant contribution to AI-driven application development, such as :
i. Designing and implementing AI-powered features within products
ii. Integrating ML models / AI APIs into production systems
iii. Building or contributing to intelligent workflows (decisioning, automation, predictions)
