JOB ROLE
Design, implement and maintain Cl/CD pipelines to support automated build, testing and deployment.
Develop and manage automation scripts (Shell, Bash, or similar) and apply infrastructure as code practices.
Support containerization technologies and orchestration platforms for deploying and managing applications.
Manage and integrate middleware platforms within enterprise DevOps environments.
Implement and maintain system monitoring, logging and alerting frameworks to ensure observability and stability.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform, deployment and integration issues, optimizing performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross functional teams (Development, QA, Infrastructure, Operations) to support seamless delivery.
Contribute to technical documentation, operational procedures and platform runbooks.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering knowledge transfer and team capability development.
Promote continuous improvement, operational reliability and adoption of emerging technologies and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
Professional certifications preferred: RHCSA, RHCE, CKA, Ansible/Terraform and Cloud platforms.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, middleware platforms or infrastructure automation.
Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, container platforms and automation frameworks.
Hands on experience with containerization and orchestration platforms.
Experience in Platform Engineering, GitOps and Kubernetes Security will be an added advantage.
Strong skills in scripting and automation (Shell, Bash, or similar) and infrastructure as code practices.
Knowledge of middleware platforms, Enterprise Java application server platforms, API gateways and microservices integration.
Expertise in system monitoring, logging and alerting frameworks to ensure stability and performance.
Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL, load balancing).
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication and mentoring skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
