Business Development Manager

Overview

The Business Development Manager is to drive commercial growth by developing Fiber service packages, pricing models, branding, and customer and partnership acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Strategy & Pricing: Define, develop, and continuously optimize pricing structures, customized fiber service packages, and aggressive sales targets aligned with the company’s revenue goals.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Formulate and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing fiber services, ensuring successful product launches and market adoption.
• Relationship Management: Actively identify, cultivate, and maintain strategic relation-ships with key enterprise customers, B2B partners, and industry stakeholders to drive acquisition and retention.
• Market Analysis & Customer Success: Continuously track market penetration, competitor activities, and industry trends. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics to ensure ser-vice delivery meets or exceeds enterprise expectations.
• Performance Reporting: Analyze commercial data and regularly report on commercial performance, sales pipelines, and strategic milestones to the General Manager and the Executive Committee.
• Brand & Integration Leadership: Lead targeted marketing and branding campaigns. Oversee seamless customer integration processes in alignment with the broader Smart ecosystem to ensure a unified brand experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Telecommunications, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is considered a strong advantage.
• 5+ years in business development or commercial leadership.
• Experience in telecom or enterprise services.
• Market Orientation: Strong customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of enterprise market dynamics and needs.
• Strategic Acumen: Ability to translate business goals into actionable go-to-market and pricing strategies.
• Negotiation & Pitching: Exceptional presentation, communication, and high-level negotiation skills.
• Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in analyzing market data, sales performance, and financial metrics to guide decision-making.
