IT Audit Manager

Job Purpose

To assist management in strengthening a sound of information technology internal control system, risk management and governance process.

Job Responsibilities

• Reviewing systems and operations to assess the extent to which organizational objectives are achieved, and the adequacy of controls over activities leading to such achievement;
• Evaluating the relevancy, reliability and integrity of management and financial information to ensure satisfactory results;
• Appraising utilization of resources with regard to economy, efficiency and effectiveness;
• Assessing the means of safeguarding assets and verify their existence;
• Ascertaining the extent of compliance with established policies, procedures and instructions;
• Recommending improvements in procedures and systems to prevent waste, extravagance and fraud;
• Carrying out any ad hoc appraisals, inspections, investigations, examinations or reviews requested by the BAC, Group IA or Management;
• Reporting functionally the results and makes recommendations to Group IA and administratively to Management;
• Analyzing and follow up both internal and external audit reports; and
• Doing other tasks as required by Head of Internal Audit.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology (CPA, ACCA, CISA is preferable)
• At least 5 years' experience in IT auditing or consulting
• Good command of English and Khmer
• Solid knowledge of international auditing standard and general accepted accounting standard,
• Sound working knowledge of computer applications such as Ms. Office, E-mail, SAP…,
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines with good attitude, service minded and teamwork,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and
• Good report writing skills.
