The Technical Service Delivery Manager is to ensure fiber services meet Smart's customer expectations through SLA compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as bridge between technical rollout and Smart's customer service teams.
- Ensure SLA compliance for installation, maintenance, and fault resolution.
- Monitor service delivery KPIs and escalate issues proactively.
- Collect customer feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Report service performance to GM and Executive Committee.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years in service delivery or operations.
- Strong knowledge of telecom service management.
- Proven track record in SLA management and customer satisfaction.
