Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and order status. Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents. Follow up with customers on pending orders, deliveries, and payments. Coordinate with production, stores, dispatch, and accounts teams. Track order processing, production schedules, and delivery commitments. Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and MIS records. Support the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining customer relationships. Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements Good communication and customer-handling skills. Experience in sales coordination and order processing. Knowledge of quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and dispatch documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP / CRM software. Strong follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple departments. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Preferred Experience 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in a manufacturing company. Experience in B2B sales support, order management, or customer service is an advantage. Any degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
