Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers. Generate and qualify leads through calls, email, LinkedIn and digital channels. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features and benefits. Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial details. Handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales. Convert qualified leads into sales and new customers. Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM. Coordinate with the technical/product team for demos and customer requirements. Maintain regular follow-up with prospects until closure. Achieve monthly lead generation, conversion and revenue targets. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track sales performance.
Requirements Strong Inside Sales / Tele-sales / Software Sales skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Lead generation and qualification. Strong follow-up and sales conversion skills. Customer requirement analysis. Product presentation and demonstration skills. Objection handling and negotiation. Good knowledge of CRM / Sales Pipeline Management. Basic understanding of software/SaaS solutions. Good MS Excel and email communication skills. Preferred Experience 1-4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Software Sales / B2B Sales. Experience in IT / Software / SaaS / Technology companies preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
