Responsibilities Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve business targets. Identify and acquire new customers, dealers, distributors, retailers, and business partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with jewellery retailers and wholesale buyers. Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and customer visits. Manage sales negotiations, pricing, quotations, and commercial terms. Monitor sales performance, customer accounts, and market trends. Coordinate with production, inventory, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Manage the sales pipeline, prepare MIS reports, and provide regular updates to management. Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's customer base
Requirements Strong B2B sales, business development, and negotiation skills. Experience in customer acquisition and relationship management. Knowledge of wholesale, retail, dealer, or distributor sales. Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities. Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team. Strong market analysis, planning, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and sales reporting tools. Knowledge of jewellery products, designs, pricing, and market trends is an advantage. Preferred Experience 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development. Experience in jewellery, gems and jewellery, precious metals, or luxury products preferred. Experience managing dealer, distributor, retailer, or wholesale customer networks. Any degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
