Customer Success Intern
Smartly is excited to kick off applications for our Fall 2026 Internship Program!
Join Smartly’s Customer Success team in New York and build hands-on experience in paid social media, digital advertising, and customer success. During your internship, you’ll learn how our teams work with leading brands, build knowledge of Smartly’s technology and major social platforms, and contribute to projects that support our customers and commercial teams.
What You Will Do
- Shadow Customer Success Managers and Paid Social Media Managers to learn how they support customers and help them get more from their digital advertising.
- Learn how Customer Success and Managed Services work with teams across Smartly to support customer accounts.
- Develop an upsell matrix that helps the team identify relevant opportunities to introduce customers to additional Smartly solutions.
- Build your knowledge of Smartly’s platform, paid social advertising, and the wider digital advertising ecosystem.
- Learn how our teams turn customer goals and campaign performance into strategic recommendations.
- Gain exposure to how paid social campaigns are built, launched, and managed for customers.
- Collaborate with other interns and Smartlies in our New York office while contributing to real team projects.
What We Are Looking For
- You are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or have recently graduated, with an interest in building a career in marketing, advertising, technology, or a related field.
- You’re curious about digital advertising and interested in learning how brands use technology to manage and improve their campaigns.
- You’re familiar with social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, or Snap and interested in understanding how brands use them for advertising.
- You enjoy learning new tools and concepts and can turn what you learn into practical work.
- You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating with others, and are comfortable asking questions as you learn.
- You are legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
This internship is paid at $20 per hour and will be approximately 30 hours per week from October 6 through December 17, 2026.
