About the role
Support project and business operations through financial monitoring, invoice and payment follow-up, delivery and resource management support, contract administration assistance, and proposal preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly review of the financial scenario of ongoing projects.
- Review and follow up on invoice submission and payment receipt with the finance team and the client.
- Technical Review, Quality Assurance and Site Support
- Assist the Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader and Functional General Managers in contract preparation, variation agreement proposals, and replacement proposals.
- Design Support and Technical Analysis
About You:
- Bachelors in Relevant Subject or Equivalent Degree
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in relevant field
- Good technical understanding of project aspects and delivery
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project etc.)
- Proficiency in time, quality and cost management skills
