Site Documentation and Monitoring
- Review Method Statements (MS) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
- Monitor, verify, and maintain daily records of PVD installation works.
- Prepare and submit daily progress updates based on actual site conditions.
- Monitor and record marine vessel movements and operations.
- Monitor and report sand infilling volumes for each reclamation phase.
- Maintain and update site records, including, Sample Registry ,Sand Infilling Volumes,UXO Encounters, Pelican Barge Trip Cycles, Equipment Breakdowns, and Delays
- Maintain project documentation and quality records.
Site Inspection and Supervision Works
- Supervise and witness 24/7 PVD installation activities.
- Witness PVD rig calibration activities.
- Witness soil sample collection prior to laboratory testing and maintain test records.
- Perform daily monitoring and verification of PVD installation progress.
- Conduct random day and night surveillance inspections at sand discharge points.
- Witness and record bunkering activities of marine vessels.
- Witness ullage measurements and sand sampling activities.
- Supervise and witness dry earth movement works, including surcharge placement and removal.
- Supervise and witness testing activities related to ground improvement works.
- Verify compliance of construction activities with approved specifications, procedures, and quality requirements.
- Report site observations, non-conformities, and construction issues to the project team.
