Your Mission

As an HR Operations Specialist (German-speaking) in the Rewards & People Operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering reliable, efficient and employee-focused HR services for our colleagues in Switzerland and Germany.

You’ll join a dynamic team located across six countries - Switzerland, Serbia, Vietnam, France, Germany and India - where creativity thrives. Together, we tackle challenges, celebrate successes, and keep learning and growing.

Specifically, you will:

• Manage the virtual HR inbox and advise employees and managers on HR, administrative and employment-related matters
• Manage personnel administration throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, employment confirmations, reference letters and official employer certificates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and organisational structures in Abacus and other HR systems
• Maintain Enboarder onboarding and offboarding workflows, including first-level escalation management
• Maintain HR content on the Notion intranet
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and templates
• Support HR projects and work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll and the wider People Operations team

Your responsibilities will evolve as we grow.

What will you bring to the ride?

• 2-3+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration, ideally supporting Switzerland and Germany
• Good knowledge of Swiss HR administration; exposure to German employment administration is an advantage
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• A proactive, pragmatic and reliable working style, with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities, while maintaining a high level of quality
