Responsible for: In this role, you will be expected to provide technical product and architecture advice, ongoing communication of the latest ServiceNow solutions/capabilities and assisting build practices that deliver exceptional outcomes. This position requires a hands-on person capable of going wide and deep on solution design.

What will you be doing?

• Strong Technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform to provide subject matter expertise and perspective on unique use cases and be able to convey enterprise architecture knowledge/experience regarding how ServiceNow can best interoperate and co-exist with other major enterprise systems of record and platforms.
• Drive innovative business solutions and digital transformation. Working as ServiceNow solution architecting and delivering critical solutions across all workflows, on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Architect and develop innovative solutions in collaboration with a cross-functional team.
• Consult with Stakeholders to understand their business needs and pain points. Drive innovative business solutions and digital transformation.
• Architect and develop innovative solutions in collaboration with a multi-functional team. Document and present technical solutions.
• Provide mentoring to colleagues in the organization.
• Collaborations in the team is fast-paced and requires strong collaboration along with multi-functional and cross geographical teams.

What will you need to be successful?

• Education: Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related subject preferred.
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, Implementation certifications (minimum ITSM) Minimum ITLT Foundation.
• Experience: 9+ years of experience as a ServiceNow solution architect 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering complex solutions across all workflows, on the ServiceNow Platform.
• This role will be based in Pune and will be 3 days working from office in Hybrid mode. Shift Timing (12:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST) Monday to Friday.
• 5+ years of detailed subject matter expertise within multiple areas of specialization.
• Knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, SPM, GRC.
• Fluency in third party integrations using Integration hub, rest APIs, JDBC, and file-based parsers.
• Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow, fluency in JavaScript, HTML, and libraries/frameworks such as AngularJS and Bootstrap.
• Ability to quickly understand new technology through instruction and self-training.
• Strong people development skills, including coaching and mentoring for technical roles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, service mindset, and analytical approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work independently without daily direction, balancing conflicting priorities, and effectively tracking and managing task completion to committed deadlines.
