This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career marketing professional who wants hands-on exposure to content marketing, branding, digital campaigns, internal communications, and regional events within a dynamic B2B environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Marketing Communications Coordinator, you'll support the development and execution of regional marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, engage customers, and support business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Content Creation & Campaign Execution
- Create and localize engaging marketing content including newsletters, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, white papers, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all communications align with global brand standards and messaging.
Events & Tradeshow Management
- Support the end-to-end planning and execution of regional trade shows, customer events, webinars, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor communications, promotional activities, attendee engagement, and post-event reporting.
Internal Communications
- Manage and maintain APAC and Greater India internal communication platforms.
- Deliver impactful content that keeps employees informed, connected, and engaged.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, Global Marketing, and regional stakeholders to develop communication strategies and support go-to-market initiatives.
Campaign Analytics & Market Insights
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and event ROI.
- Gather market intelligence, industry trends, and competitive insights to support strategic decision-making.
Project Coordination
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management tools.
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, International Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of marketing, communications, or campaign management experience.
- Experience within B2B, technology, industrial, engineering, security, or related industries is highly preferred.
Key Skills
- Exceptional English writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to convert technical concepts into compelling customer-focused messaging.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Confident working with stakeholders across different functions and cultures.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing platforms such as HubSpot.
Nice to Have
Experience with Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics platforms, and AI-powered content tools.
Additional APAC language capabilities.
Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing, or events.
