The Role

We're hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to join a dedicated engineering pod supporting a portfolio of US-based SaaS client projects. This is a long-term, stable role with real ownership - you'll be responsible for keeping production systems healthy, shipping continuous improvements, and being the reliable engineering presence that clients depend on.

This isn't a greenfield startup role. You'll be working on mature, live products used by enterprise customers - which means high standards, clear processes, and the satisfaction of maintaining something that really matters.

What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day engineering on a live SaaS platform - features, upgrades, bug fixes, and performance improvements
• Provide coverage during US overnight and weekend hours (your timezone is a natural advantage here)
• Triage and resolve escalations from client engineering teams at shift handoff
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in async code review
• Keep CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes running smoothly

You're a Great Fit If You

• Have 3-5+ years of full-stack experience with React and Python/FastAPI
• Take production systems seriously - you understand uptime, you write good handoff notes, you don't cut corners
• Are comfortable working async-first with a distributed team
• Have experience with AWS and relational database management
• Communicate clearly in written English

Salary

• Mid-level (3-4 yrs): $1,500-$2,500/month

•Senior (5+ yrs): $2,500-$3,800/month
