SNI is serving as a trusted IT Outsourcing partner in line with the needs of World's most prestigious firms and carried out successful projects worldwide.

Scope:

  • Solution Implementation: Participate in the deployment and implementation of core Contact Center systems.

  • Platform Migration: Support and execute the technical migration from Genesys to AWS Connect.

  • Software Development: Develop, optimize, and maintain robust solutions using Python.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively contribute to upgrading and optimizing existing Contact Center solutions.

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with AWS Connect; strong preference for experience with Genesys.

  • Proficiency in Python

  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial software development experience.

  • Strong business understanding of Contact Center processes, workflows, and solutions.

  • Experience with Cyara (automated testing and monitoring).

  • Knowledge of Node.js.
