SNI is serving as a trusted IT Outsourcing partner in line with the needs of World's most prestigious firms and carried out successful projects worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact between business teams and IT teams to turn business ideas into tech solutions.

  • Collect, analyze, and write down clear requirements for new software features.

  • Organize testing, help with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and check that the final product works as expected.

  • Help launch new features, train end-users, and guide teams through software changes across different markets.

  • Act as an expert on the product to help improve business processes and digital platforms.

  • Work closely with international teams using Agile methods to build and deliver digital products.

Skills:

  • Strong background as a Senior IT Business Analyst delivering digital tools.

  • Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) using tools like Jira.

  • Solid skills in business process mapping, data analysis, and requirements gathering.

  • Practical experience leading UAT testing and software rollouts.

  • Clear communication skills with experience managing stakeholders across different countries.

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
