Data Entry & Platform Operator

SOCOTEC VIETNAM is a technical support platform for the SOCOTEC Group providing expert services on a range of projects in testing, inspection and certification (TIC) in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Around the globe, more than 15,000 experts in 26 countries across 5 continents deliver professional services in construction, buildings & real estate, infrastructures, environment & safety and certification.

We are currently expanding our ENGINEERING SERVICES and are looking for aData Entry & Platform Operator to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality projects to our clients

1. Insurance data entry operation

- Process insurance claim orders information into a CRM system and then into the client software

- Schedule insurance orders and confirm these appointments by email to the insured.

- Create insurance action and assign them to the expert within strict deadlines.

2. Other data and platform operations

- Accurately enter data into water management systems and databases. Check the accuracy and consistency of the data entered, report any anomalies or inconsistencies identified to supervisor

- Perform manual annotation of data (text, images, audio, video) according to well-defined protocols and instructions. Classify, label and categorize data accurately

- Clean, format and standardize raw data. Enrich data with relevant metadata

- Good office skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, …), CRM Systems (preferred)

- Strong verbal communication skills in English

- Experience using Power BI is a strong advantage

- Excellent attention to detail to produce accurate work

- Excellent time management skills with an emphasis on delivery and meeting delivery schedules.
