  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, tự tin, có khả năng làm việc nhóm và phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận liên quan.
  • Khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao và quản lý nhiều quy trình tuyển dụng cùng lúc.
  • Có thái độ tích cực, giàu năng lượng, thích nghi & học hỏi nhanh.
  • Sáng tạo trong việc sử dụng/phát triển các công cụ tuyển dụng mới, biết cách tận dụng và tối ưu hóa các nền tảng tuyển dụng.
