We are seeking a QA Manager to lead quality assurance excellence across our Digital & AI Factory, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, reliable, and high-performing digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement QA strategy, governance, standards, and best practices across Digital & AI initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end quality assurance activities, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and automation testing.
- Establish and drive test automation frameworks and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure product health and delivery performance.
- Oversee quality audits, risk assessments, defect management, and release readiness processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, AI, Delivery, and Vendor teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a quality-first culture across teams.
- Manage vendor quality performance and ensure alignment with organizational quality objectives.
- Mentor and guide QA professionals while building high-performing quality engineering practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Testing Leadership roles.
- Strong experience defining and executing QA strategies for enterprise-scale digital products.
- Expertise in test automation, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Hands-on experience with API, Integration, Functional, Regression, and End-to-End Testing.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices for Digital, Data, Analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Experience with test management, defect tracking, quality metrics, and governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle and release management processes.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
