ZADANIA:

  • Projektowanie i rozwój rozwiązań przy zastosowaniu języka programowania Python
  • Tworzenie i optymalizacja promptów oraz logiki interakcji z modelami
  • Budowa rozwiązań typu RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Praca nad jakością odpowiedzi modeli (ewaluacja, tuning, optymalizacja)
  • Przygotowywanie i przetwarzanie danych wykorzystywanych przez modele
  • Eksperymentowanie z nowymi podejściami i narzędziami w obszarze AI/LLM
  • Współpraca z zespołem produktowym i deweloperskim przy wdrażaniu funkcjonalności opartych o AI

WYMAGANIA:

  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w pracy jako AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer lub Software Engineer (w tym min. 2 lata przy projektach AI/ML)
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Python oraz praktyczne doświadczenie w jego wykorzystaniu w projektach AI
  • Znajomość technik Prompt Engineeringu oraz frameworków takich jak LangChain, LangGraph lub podobnych
  • Umiejętność przygotowywania i przetwarzania danych (dzielenie, strukturyzacja, transformacje)
  • Znajomość metod optymalizacji modeli oraz podstaw fine-tuningu
  • Zrozumienie działania modeli językowych i ich zastosowań w praktyce

Mile widziana będzie:

  • Doświadczenie w budowie rozwiązań typu RAG
  • Znajomość TensorFlow, PyTorch
