SoftConstruct is a global technology leader in SaaS and iGaming, scaling its AI Center of Excellence to directly accelerate revenue growth with its B2B partners. At the heart of this transformation, the AI Center of Excellence exists to create measurable commercial impact - helping partners grow their player base, increase engagement, and drive top-line revenue. We are focusing SoftConstruct's strategy around AI-powered solutions that give B2B partners a competitive edge in their markets. In this role, you will translate AI capabilities into concrete partner wins, turning strategic vision into deals closed, pipelines expanded, and revenue delivered.

Role overview

You will act as a technical deal enabler, bridging AI products and client systems, supporting complex sales cycles by designing tailored solutions and ensuring seamless integration with partner platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, with demonstrated technical expertise
• 3+ years of professional experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, or technical consulting within B2B AI, SaaS, or data-driven products
• Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines
• Ability to design scalable, client-specific solutions aligned with both business and technical requirements
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Preferred qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a technical related field
• Experience supporting sales cycles and deal closure in a pre-sales or solution role
• Experience in iGaming or other high-scale digital products, including familiarity with CRM systems and AI/ML use cases (e.g., churn prediction, recommendation systems, personalization)
• Fluency in additional languages

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert throughout the sales cycle, driving complex and highvalue deals to successful outcomes
• Partner with client technical teams to understand architecture, integration requirements, and constraints
• Design and present scalable AI solutions (e.g., APIs, data pipelines, system architectures) tailored to client needs
• Lead technical discussions, product demonstrations, and solution validation processes
• Support implementation planning and handover to delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Engineering to influence product direction and improve solution offerings
• Develop reusable solution patterns, best practices, and technical assets to scale pre-sales effectiveness

Working conditions

• Location in or willingness to relocate to Yerevan, Armenia would be an advantage
