Junior Sportsbook Product Analyst

VBET is a B2C international gaming operator with over 20 years of experience in the industry. It is a brand of SoftConstruct and powered in-house by BetConstruct which holds over ten licenses and operates in 12 European countries.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Junior Sportsbook Product Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sports and data, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset. In this role, you will analyze sportsbook data, track market trends, and work closely with product managers and development teams to enhance our sportsbook offerings. This challenging position demands a candidate with a deep understanding of sports betting operations, and knowledge of various sports, regulations in regulated gambling markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze sportsbook performance data, including betting trends, user behaviour, and revenue metrics.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within the data to inform product decisions.

• Market Research:

  • Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to improve product positioning and competitiveness.

• Product Development Support:

  • Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the user experience and increase customer engagement.
  • Assist in the development and testing of new product features to ensure they meet business objectives and user needs.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to align product initiatives with business goals.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

• Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor the performance of sportsbook products post-launch and recommend improvements based on user feedback and data analysis.
  • Identify and address any issues or challenges that may impact product performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-2 years) in a product analysis or similar role within the sports betting or gaming industry.
• Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of sportsbook operations, betting markets, and sports events.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for sports and a deep understanding of sports betting principles.
• Proficiency in English, knowledge in regulated gambling market regulations and experience in reviewing.
• Optimizing promotional campaigns will be an advantage.
