Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in IT, iGaming, and Web3 industries.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events, to identify high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Leverage data analytics and market research to improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Advise hiring teams on best hiring practices, market trends, and competitive compensation strategies.
• Coordinate and facilitate recruitment-related events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.

• Continuously improve recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, hiring policies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices.
• Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and quality-of-hire, and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and optimize recruitment strategies based on data insights.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases, ATS systems, and candidate records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on tech, gaming, or blockchain industries.
• Strong experience in talent acquisition within IT, iGaming, Web3, or similar fast-paced tech industries.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques, ATS systems, and recruitment marketing strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while ensuring quality hires.
• Experience working in global recruitment, including sourcing international talent.
• Deep understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
• Experience hiring for specialized technical and non-technical roles in high-growth environments.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing and headhunting.
• Strong interview and assessment skills, with knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Proficiency in HR technology, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics tools.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Understanding of industry trends and competitive hiring landscapes.
