O Key Responsibilities B_ Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka Entry-Level / Trainee
Develop and customize Odoo modules and applications e Bachelor's degree in Computer
to align with business requirements.
Write clean, efficient code and maintain technical documentation following best practices.
Maintain and optimize existing Odoo systems for peak performance.
Execute integrations and data migrations in coordination
with the development team.
Support system upgrades and migrations, validate data
and resolve post-migration issues.
Conduct testing on new features prior to deployment.
Codlaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams.
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues within the Odoo
environment.
Provide user support, create training materials and deliver
system demos.
Preferred Skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen
interest in learning new technologies.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Self-starter with a passion for software development.
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

Odoo developers with relevant qualifications and hands-on expertise
Science, IT or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Basic knowledge of Python and object-oriented programming.
Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL (an advantage).
Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML).
Exposure to ERP systems and Odoo (an advantage).
Basic knowledge of Git or version control systems.
e@ Internship or project experience related to Odoo/ERP (a plus).
