  • De 2 a 4 años de experiencia en Application Support, Production Support o Application Maintenance.
  • Experiencia en soporte de aplicaciones empresariales y entornos productivos.
  • Conocimientos en programación con C++ ANSI.
  • Experiencia trabajando con bases de datos relacionales.
  • Conocimiento de SQL para consultas, validaciones, análisis de datos y troubleshooting.
  • Experiencia en al menos una de las siguientes tecnologías de base de datos:
  • SQL Server
  • Oracle
  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL
  • DB2
  • Informix
  • Experiencia en ambientes Linux y/o Unix.
  • Conocimiento de gestión de incidentes, monitoreo y soporte productivo.
  • Capacidad para analizar logs, identificar causas de falla y participar en la resolución de incidentes.

Deseables

  • Experiencia con IBM Informix.
  • Conocimiento de arquitectura de aplicaciones cliente-servidor.
  • Experiencia con Shell Scripting (Bash/Korn Shell).
  • Conocimiento básico de redes y protocolos TCP/IP.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de monitoreo como Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Geneos o similares.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de ticketing como ServiceNow, Jira o Remedy.
  • Familiaridad con procesos ITIL.
  • Familiaridad con Proyectos ágiles/cascada
  • Experiencia en industrias como retail, financiero, gobierno, telecomunicaciones o logística.
