· Able to cover weekend on rotation.

· Able to have a good conversation in English and able to write a good email and/or document.

· AWS knowledge

Responsibilities:

· Provide application support for systems running on Java, Unix/Linux, and Windows environments.

· Read and analyze application and system logs to identify issues and anomalies.

· Troubleshoot software incidents and perform root cause analysis.

· Provide timely and effective solutions to application-related issues.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and improve system performance.

· Communicate with customers and stakeholders via email and phone to address technical issues.

· Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures clearly.

· Participate in shift-based support, including rotation schedules and occasional weekend coverage.

· Support a customer-oriented service approach, ensuring clear and effective communication.
