Requisitos
Requerido - Habilidades Técnicas
- Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Logística o carreras afines.
- Deseable formación o certificación en SAP SD, OTC o DSD.
- 2 años de experiencia en SAP SD, SAP DSD o soporte funcional SAP.
- Participación en atención y gestión de incidencias.
- Ejecución de pruebas funcionales.
- Capacitación y soporte a usuarios.
- Documentación de procesos y requerimientos.

- Comunicación efectiva.
- Trabajo en equipo y aprendizaje continuo.
Responsabilidades (Actividades a desempeñar)
- Atender incidentes y requerimientos relacionados con SAP SD/DSD.
- Brindar soporte funcional a usuarios de negocio.
- Analizar y documentar soluciones.
- Realizar seguimiento a tickets e incidencias.
Idiomas requeridos
- Inglés: Intermedio.

- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos y brindar soporte según el calendario y necesidades operativas del cliente, incluyendo guardias, disponibilidades y atención de incidencias durante fines de semana y festivos.
