Ingeniero de Datos SSIS Senior

Habilidades Requeridas:

  • 4 a 6 años de experiencia como Ingeniero de Datos
  • Experiencia avanzada en SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Dominio de Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Desarrollo de consultas complejas, procedimientos almacenados, vistas y optimización de rendimiento.
  • Conocimiento sólido de modelado de datos relacional y dimensional.
  • Experiencia en diseño y mantenimiento de procesos ETL de misión crítica.
  • Manejo de herramientas de control de versiones (Git, Azure DevOps o similar).
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum o Kanban).
  • Capacidad para analizar y resolver problemas complejos relacionados con datos.

Habilidades Deseables:

  • Experiencia con Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  • Conocimientos en Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics o Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experiencia en procesos de migración de SSIS hacia plataformas cloud.
  • Conocimientos de Power BI para consumo y visualización de datos.
  • Experiencia con Data Warehousing y Data Lakes.
  • Conocimientos de Python o PowerShell para automatización.
  • Experiencia en gobierno, calidad y seguridad de datos.
  • Certificaciones Microsoft relacionadas con Data & Analytics o Azure.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener procesos ETL utilizando SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Implementar flujos de integración de datos desde múltiples fuentes internas y externas.
  • Desarrollar y optimizar consultas, procedimientos almacenados y modelos de datos en SQL Server.
  • Garantizar la calidad, integridad y disponibilidad de la información a través de validaciones y monitoreo de procesos.
  • Identificar cuellos de botella y optimizar el rendimiento de cargas masivas de datos.
  • Participar en iniciativas de migración, modernización y gobierno de datos.
  • Colaborar con equipos de negocio, analítica, BI y arquitectura para entender requerimientos y traducirlos en soluciones técnicas.
  • Documentar desarrollos, procesos y mejores prácticas.
  • Proporcionar soporte y resolución de incidencias relacionadas con procesos de integración de datos en ambientes productivos.
