About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious, and impact-driven Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership, shaping our teams with top-tier talent and ensuring candidates have an exceptional experience from the first hello to the signed offer.

What You’ll Own
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for international business, product, and tech roles - from sourcing to offer.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver results deeply.
- Build, maintain, and nurture talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill positions.
- Design and execute outreach strategies that attract top-tier candidates globally.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes - making hiring smarter, faster, and more effective.
- Represent Solidgate as an ambassador of our brand and culture to candidates worldwide.
You’re a Great Fit if You Have
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting (preferably in fast-growth tech companies)
- A proven track record of hiring top talent in competitive markets
- Outstanding sourcing skills - you know how to find and engage candidates everywhere
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A growth mindset: you don’t just follow processes, you challenge and improve them
- Advanced English
