ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Engineering Intern at Solstice, a global specialty materials company, you will gain hands-on experience working on impactful projects that support process innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. Based at our Spokane, WA site, you'll collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to help solve real-world challenges, improve manufacturing processes, and contribute to the development of advanced materials and chemical solutions that serve customers around the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of processes and solutions
- Support cross-functional teams in product development and improvement initiatives
- Conduct research and analysis to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in engineering
- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure successful outcomes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for engineering projects
- Collaborate with team members to drive innovation and continuous improvement
YOU MUST HAVE
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Rising junior or senior standing
WE VALUE
- Experience applying engineering concepts through coursework, projects, labs, or research
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale

The hourly salary range for this position is $27.00-$35.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
