About the Company
Our client is a high-growth global recruitment and remote talent placement firm dedicated to helping fast-growing U.S. and international businesses scale their teams. By connecting visionary founders with vetted, top-tier global talent across emerging tech hubs, the company removes the administrative friction, compliance complexity, and prohibitive costs of traditional staffing.
The organization operates an agile, modern headhunting model backed by an industry-leading placement guarantee. They are looking for a commercially sharp, consultative Account Manager to join their internal sales and client intake team. This person will own the commercial journey—turning qualified inbound prospects and hiring inquiries into structured, committed requisitions ready for the recruitment delivery engine.
This is a consultative advising role rather than a cold-calling or transactional outbound seat. You will act as a trusted talent advisor to business owners, CEOs, and executive operators who actively need remote talent to scale their operations.
Role Overview
The Account Manager will lead the front-end sales consultation, role qualification, and commercial onboarding cycle.
Approximately 70–75% of the role focuses on consultative discovery calls, scoping hiring requirements, commercial negotiation, and closing service agreements. Approximately 25–30% focuses on pipeline administration, CRM deal tracking, search commitment validation, kickoff scheduling, and lead nurturing.
The ideal candidate can lead an insightful discovery session with a founder, analyze their operational pain points, recommend the optimal geographic talent pool, establish realistic compensation tiers, and secure commercial commitment without friction.
This includes:
-
Leading structured, consultative discovery calls with business owners
-
Scoping detailed job profiles and setting realistic compensation benchmarks
-
Drafting and executing Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Service Orders (SOs)
-
Enforcing search deposit standards and commercial terms
-
Coordinating seamless handoffs to Recruitment Operations during kickoff calls
-
Nurturing stalled leads and past clients back into active hiring pipelines
-
Maintaining pristine CRM hygiene in HubSpot
-
Collaborating with marketing and recruitment teams to monitor regional talent supply and market demand
The successful candidate should be comfortable leading executive-level business conversations, setting firm expectations on feasibility, handling commercial objections, and driving deals across the finish line with urgency.
