SOMFY® is the leading global manufacturer of strong, quiet motors with electronic and app controls for interior window coverings and exterior solar protections. During the past 50 years, Somfy engineers have designed products for both the commercial and residential markets to motorize window coverings such as interior shades, wood blinds, draperies, awnings, rolling shutters, exterior solar screens and projection screens. Somfy motorization systems are easily integrated with security, HVAC and lighting systems providing total home or building automation.

Somfy is seeking a hands-on, technically proficient Marketing Technology Manager to support the digital infrastructure behind our North American marketing efforts.

Working closely with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Global Digital teams, this role will develop and maintain the websites, automations, integrations, and systems that enable effective digital marketing and reliable data flow across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development & Management

• Administer and maintain Somfy’s North American websites across WordPress, Liferay, and other CMS environments, including templates, reusable components, forms, and production content updates.
• Build, modify, test, and deploy webpages and CMS components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and platform-specific functionality.
• Develop and maintain landing pages and lead-generation forms, including conditional logic, field validation, tracking parameters, and connections to downstream systems.
• Implement technical SEO and AEO requirements, including metadata, semantic HTML, internal linking, structured data/schema markup, and indexation controls.
• Build and optimize responsive web components and page layouts for performance, usability, accessibility, and cross-device functionality.

Marketing Automation & Lead Management

• Work with Salesforce CRM data to support marketing automation, including understanding field and validation requirements, troubleshooting data flow between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, and using CRM data for segmentation, personalization, and automated customer journeys.
• Build and maintain automated customer journeys and nurture programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and GoHighLevel, including segmentation, triggers, decision logic, personalization, and lifecycle communications.
• Design and maintain automated workflows using Zapier and other integration tools, including conditional logic, data validation, error handling, and testing.

• Improve and maintain the technical structure to support lead management processes, including lead capture, routing, field mappings, and campaign configuration, eventually working toward lead scoring and qualification rules.
• Implement website personalization, including dynamic form fields and conditional display of pre-defined content based on audience attributes and targeting criteria.
• Maintain the data, integrations, and system configurations required to support Account-Based Marketing (ABM), including account/contact data mapping, audience data synchronization, cross-platform data flows, and account-level tracking.

Marketing Technology & Systems

• Administer and maintain Somfy’s marketing technology platforms, including WordPress, Liferay, HubSpot/GoHighLevel, Zapier, Cloudways, MySQL, and related applications.
• Configure and maintain integrations between marketing systems and third-party applications, including APIs, webhooks, field mappings, and automated data flows.
• Work with IT and Global Digital teams to diagnose system issues, coordinate platform updates, and implement changes requiring broader technical support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing Systems, Marketing Automation, or a related role.
• 5+ years of professional, hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with demonstrated ability to independently build, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain production webpages and front-end components.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including marketing automation, customer journeys, and lead management processes.
• Hands-on experience administering and developing within CMS platforms such as WordPress and/or Liferay, including templates, reusable components, forms, and custom functionality.
• Experience building and troubleshooting integrations and automated workflows using Zapier, including triggers, conditional logic, field mapping, data validation, and error handling.
• Ability to work with APIs and webhooks and using tools such as Postman to test endpoints and troubleshoot integrations.
• Experience working with relational databases, including database structure, querying, data management, and troubleshooting.
