Role & Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Support to the Sales Team - including Joint Sales Calls
- As part of the Sales Process, identify business development opportunities
- Provide Training to the Sales Team and Customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving product
problem
- Actively update, maintain product and application knowledge
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Instrument and Control, Automation, Electrical)
- 5-7 years of proven experience in automation or related field.
- Excellent active listening skills and customer service skills.
- The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
- The ability to remain professional under pressure.
- Fluent English and preferred with minimum TOEIC score 550
- Have an experience and knowledge in PLC.
- Have a good Attitude.
