The Licensing and Retail Coordinator sits at the center of CoR's licensing and retail program, driving the product development process from submission through approval while building the pitch materials that bring new opportunities to life.

What you'll do:

  • Supports the business development function of CoR Artists Licensed Merchandise + Retail program with administrative and sales support.

Product Development:

  • Coordinate product submissions for the Commercial retail & licensing team, ensuring projects are tracked, coordinated, and delivered on time to meet the deadlines of both Ceremony of Roses (CoR) and our partners.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Commercial team, including meeting coordination, calendar management, accurate note-taking, trade show and exhibit planning, and daily operational support.

Sample Tracking:

  • Facilitate all artist sample management activities, including tracking, organization, cataloging, inventory maintenance, and distribution across the artist roster. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Asset Management:

  • Support the organization, management, and distribution of artist artwork and creative assets to external partners, ensuring all file links are current, accessible, and shared securely.

Selling:

  • Assist in the creation visually compelling pitch documents and materials to highlight retail merch opportunities as directed by commercial retail sales team on a monthly and quarterly basis. Strict timelines to be met on this process.

Who you are:

  • You genuinely love music and understand why the culture around an artist matters as much as the product itself.
  • You have 1-2 years of experience with product development, contract management, and royalty reporting processes.
  • You have strong organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail. Asana experience is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and pick up new software is a plus.
  • You're an exceptional communicator who manages time and competing priorities without dropping the ball.
  • You're enthusiastic - proactive, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to grow and performs in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’re a team player who works well in an open office environment.

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
