Key Responsibilities Assist the infrastructure team, managing incidents, requests, changes and problems. Actively monitor infrastructure health, performance, and availability using monitoring tools Administer systems based on Windows (Virtual and Physical), ensuring high availability and performance Support server environments and estates, including patching for Windows, VMWare and Citrix Maintenance and production of technical documentation to facilitate knowledge share and skills development. Multi-Site Systems Management: Coordinate and support IT systems across our three UK sites, ensuring consistent solutions Work alongside the wider Infrastructure team to manage system updates, resolve issues, and perform regular maintenance Automation Learning Opportunities: Collaborate with Senior Engineers to develop scripts that automate management and routine IT tasks Gain hands-on experience with Infrastructure tools, access governance, and troubleshooting across multiple sites Embrace continuous learning opportunities through regular training sessions designed to build your technical expertiseTo be aware of the relevant SLA structure and to respond, fix or escalate according to the limits set out within that structure.
