Senior Digital Designer - FTC (6 months) | Head Office, London
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Designer to work alongside our small, but busy in-house design team during our peak period. Supporting creative excellent across our digital channels, you will be delivering multi-platform asset creation, from emails, web layouts and animated gifs, to ad-hoc creative campaigns such as Christmas and Sale. Highly skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and After Effects, you excel in a fast-paced environment, whilst creating beautiful, innovative digital content for our luxury beauty space. With strong communication, you will liaise with our wider teams and key stakeholders with ease, alongside helping to guide our junior team member.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Craft beautiful, user-centric e-commerce experiences from web layouts and daily emails, to seasonal brand campaigns, adopting our in-house Space NK brand style.
Work with our current Senior Digital Designer and Junior Designer to shape the digital aesthetic across .com, with the ability to problem solve and ideate to deliver best in class digital design.
Liaise with Web, App, Product, and Marketing teams to enhance customer and branded digital experiences.
Present ideas to wider teams and key stakeholders when concepting special projects and key campaigns.
Ability to be cross-functional when needed to help assist on varying digital projects, with art direction, moving graphics and video editing skills as a plus.
Required Skills and Experience
Experience as a digital designer with a strong focus on e-commerce and Beauty or Luxury Brands.
Strong command of typography, layout composition, hierarchy and motion design integration.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, Motion/After Effects.
Experienced working in a fast-paced, high-output environment and with the ability to integrate smoothly into our small but busy Digital Design team.
Good communication and confident presentation skills.
Experience mentoring junior team members, reviewing work and sharing feedback.
You must be able to demonstrate the right to work in the UK in order to apply for this position.
