Behavioral Competencies

  • Works with a high degree of latitude and uses professional judgment to determine the appropriate approach for complex initiatives.
  • Leads initiatives across multiple teams and influences stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
  • Solves complex campaign and pipeline problems by evaluating data, stakeholder feedback, market conditions, and business priorities.
  • Builds productive partnerships with Sales by connecting marketing programs to account priorities, opportunity progression, and revenue goals.
