Senior Technical Writer

Join Spectro Cloud as a Senior Technical Writer, where you will create user-friendly content that meets our customers' needs. You will work closely with developers, engineers, and other technical staff to document our technology and software. Your responsibilities will include creating how-to guides, conducting hands-on testing, collaborating with various teams, authoring technical blogs, and mentoring junior writers. You should have at least 4 years of experience as a technical writer, be comfortable using developer tools, and have excellent communication skills.

Missions

• Collaborer étroitement avec les développeurs, les ingénieurs et le personnel technique pour comprendre et documenter la technologie et les logiciels.
• Créer des guides pratiques, des documents de référence et des diagrammes pour aider les utilisateurs à comprendre et à utiliser les fonctionnalités du produit.
• Mentorer et soutenir les rédacteurs techniques juniors ou intermédiaires, en fournissant des retours sur leur travail et en partageant les meilleures pratiques.

Profil recherché

- Experience with Docs-as-Code processes

- Ability to dive into technical features by themselves and create documentation

- 4+ years of experience as a technical writer

- Comfortable using developer tools such as git, CLIs, Docker, and GitHub

- Able to coach and mentor other technical writers

- Excellent communication skills

- Familiar with containers and Kubernetes

- Experience with infrastructure providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware)

- Comfortable writing in Markdown

- Comfortable creating diagrams and visual resources to help the learning process

- Experience in analyzing information architecture and restructuring content

- Displays a passion for learning and exploring new technologies

- Cloud certifications, such as the AWS cloud certifications

- Experience with AI tools and workflows
