Spendbase is a fintech company building products that help businesses manage their money, payments, and spending more efficiently.

We're looking for a Product Manager to own and grow one of our B2B banking product. This is a hands-on, outcomes-driven role for someone who thinks in terms of product metrics, not just delivery - someone who can improve the product experience, bring in new users, and grow revenue, while understanding how banking and payment infrastructure works behind the scenes.

What you'll do:

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for a core B2B banking product, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the product experience, based on data, user feedback, and market research
  • Drive user acquisition - define and test growth levers, improve onboarding and activation, and reduce friction in the funnel
  • Own revenue-related product decisions - pricing, monetization features, upsell/cross-sell opportunities - and track their impact
  • Define and track the product's key metrics (activation, retention, revenue, NPS) and use them to guide decisions
  • Translate user and market insight into clear, prioritized product requirements and specs for engineering and design
  • Run product discovery - talk to users, analyze competitors, validate hypotheses before committing engineering time
  • Work closely with engineering and design to ship features end-to-end, from concept to launch to post-launch iteration
  • Coordinate product launches and go-to-market activities for new features, together with marketing and sales
  • Monitor product and business performance continuously, and adjust the roadmap based on what the data shows
What we're looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager owning a product (not just a feature or integration) end-to-end, ideally in fintech, payments, or banking
  • A track record from a strong, modern, product-led fintech company - not a legacy/traditional banking environment
  • Demonstrated experience improving core product metrics: user growth/acquisition, activation, retention, or revenue
  • Strong analytical mindset - comfortable working with data to define metrics, run experiments, and measure impact
  • Experience running product discovery and turning user/market insight into a prioritized roadmap
  • Solid understanding of how banking, payments, or financial infrastructure works
  • Strong communication skills and ownership - able to align engineering, design, and business stakeholders around a shared roadmap
  • Fluent English
Will be a plus:
  • Experience with monetization/pricing strategy or revenue-generating features
  • Experience with growth/acquisition-focused product work (funnels, activation, lifecycle)
  • Experience with banking-as-a-service, payment providers, or embedded finance
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial products
  • Experience working with international markets and multiple currencies
What we offer:
  • Remote-friendly culture, flexible schedule
  • A high level of ownership over a product that is actively being built and scaled
  • Direct collaboration with the founders and senior leadership
  • Competitive compensation based on your experience
  • A team that values initiative, ownership, and getting things done
