Confirmed on the employer's own hiring board on Nov 6, 2026. First seen by Alion on Nov 4, 2026.
It also works as a personal assistant: it books the tennis court, calls the restaurant, reminds and plans. We build it for shop and restaurant owners, hosts, salons and clinics, agents and freelancers: people who run everything themselves and have no team to hand things off to.
The model will feel familiar if you come from subscription apps: paid social → mobile quiz funnel → $1 for 7 days, then $39 a month. We're now scaling Meta ads, with TikTok next, and we're hiringa Performance Motion & Ad Designer for our first creative team.
What you'll do:
- Create ~15-30 second motion creatives and statics for Meta and TikTok (9:16, 4:5, 1:1), based on briefs from our Creative Producer.
- Bring the product to life on screen: animated chat bubbles, phone-screen demos ("watch the assistant book it"), and our illustrated characters, one per persona.
- Iterate on winners fast: new hooks, first 3 seconds, layouts, persona and copy swaps. Ship 10-20 variations a week.
- Build and maintain After Effects templates and an asset library, so a new variation takes minutes, not hours.
- Use AI tools (image, video, voice) whenever they make production faster.
- Review results weekly with the producer (CTR, hook rate, CPA) and propose what to test next.
- Speak and write English fluently. This is a must: briefs, feedback, and calls are in English
- Have 2+ years of commercial motion design, with real performance creatives for Meta and/or TikTok in your portfolio: ads that actually ran, not only brand work.
- Are strong in After Effects (animation principles, easing, precomps, templates) and comfortable in Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator.
- Have produced and tested creatives at volume, and know why one first frame beats another.
- Use AI tools in your real workflow (e.g. Higgsfield, Kling, Veo/Flow, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT/Claude).
- Take feedback on metrics, not only visuals.
- Are self-directed and organised.
- You've worked at Genesis or any other app factory (subscription apps scaled on paid social).
- Character animation or illustration skills.
- UGC-style editing in CapCut / Premiere.
- Experience with quiz funnels or subscription apps (trial → paid).
- $15-25 per hour, depending on level and portfolio. You're paid for logged hours, invoiced monthly as a FOP via Wise, Payoneer or bank transfer.
- ~15-20 hours a week with flexible scheduling, fully remote, and some overlap with CET hours for a quick daily sync in chat.
- No fixed-term contract. We start with a 2-week trial sprint and continue as long as it works for both of us. Hours grow as the ads scale.
- A short line to the founder, no micromanagement, and work that goes live within days, not months.
- Send your portfolio and 3 ads you made that ran. Add any results you can share.
- A 20-minute call with the founder (in English).
- A paid test task: 3 statics and 1 short motion ad from a real Vinci Go brief.
- Start.
Heads-up: Vinci Go is a separate product, built by a team closely connected to Spendbase - that's why this role is posted here.
