Spirii is an international tech company seated in the heart of Copenhagen, Denmark. In 2019, Spirii was founded by Tore Harritshøj and Torben Fog with a mission to advance global e-mobility platform offerings and make EV charging seamless and accessible for all - both businesses and drivers.

We are looking for a Product Manager to own charge point management for public CPOs on the Spirii platform. You will own the product area end-to-end and work across multiple teams, from charger connectivity and protocols to monitoring and device capabilities. You will shape the strategy, build the commercial case for it, and help drive its impact on revenue, margin and retention.

The Role

As Product Manager for Public CPOs, you will work closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to solve meaningful customer problems in ways that deliver business impact. You will shape the product vision, own an outcome-focused roadmap, and lead discovery based on evidence. You will also share your knowledge with other Product Managers and help build a strong, data-driven product culture across the organisation.

What You Will Do

  • Vision & Strategy: Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for charge point management, and decide which problems are worth solving and which are not.

  • Outcome-Focused Roadmapping: Prioritise initiatives based on customer value, business impact and feasibility.

  • Discovery & Validation: Lead continuous discovery with customers, design and engineering. Test ideas early and use evidence, not assumptions, to make decisions.

  • Commercial & Go-to-Market: Build business cases that tie your product area to ARR, gross margin and retention. Work with Sales, Marketing and Operations on pricing, packaging and go-to-market for charge point capabilities.

  • Standards & Regulation: Follow standards and regulatory changes (OCPP 2.0.1/2.1, OCPI 2.3, AFIR) and turn them into roadmap decisions.

  • Partnerships: Help shape integrations and partnerships with third-party hardware manufacturers for compatibility, scale and long-term flexibility.

  • Delivery & Product Craft: Help your teams ship predictably, and write clear strategy docs, PRDs and customer communication.

  • AI & Agentic Tools: Use agentic tools in your daily work, and share prompts, skills or workflows with other PMs.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate context, trade-offs and results clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership, and use data to align priorities when they conflict.

  • Knowledge Sharing: Support other Product Managers, share what you learn, and contribute to a collaborative product culture.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product management, ideally in EV charging, energy, IoT or B2B SaaS platforms, or equivalent domain depth.

  • Experience owning a product or product area end-to-end, ideally across more than one team, with measurable results.

  • Strong technical grounding in APIs, platforms and integrations. OCPP experience is a strong plus.

  • Experience building business cases, and ideally working on pricing and packaging with commercial teams.

  • Ability to influence across functions and seniority levels, including saying no with data.

  • Hands-on experience with AI and agentic tools in your daily product work.

  • Experience defining and tracking product metrics with tools like Mixpanel, Metabase, PowerBI or Datadog.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Benefits

It is important for us to create a healthy, diverse, fun, and creative working environment, so besides all the basic benefits, we also focus a lot on social activities, flexible working hours and a good work life balance.

  • Flexible Work Environment: Enjoy a collaborative, inclusive, and open workplace designed to fit your needs and support work-life balance.

  • Competitive Package: A competitive salary, an 11% company pension plan, and a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Time to Recharge: Benefit from 32 paid vacation days and paid parental leave to focus on what matters most.

  • Career Growth: Access professional development opportunities and grow your career in a high-impact, high-growth industry.

  • Stay Energized: Enjoy excellent coffee, tea, free snacks, and subsidized lunches at the office.

  • Stay Active: Use our Spirii gym and shared company car to keep moving.

  • Make an Impact: Be part of a team driving the future of sustainable energy while working on meaningful projects.

  • Two innovation days per month for YOU to choose what you work on.

The position is a permanent position in Copenhagen, Denmark. Danish language is not a requirement, but Fluent English language skills are required.
