Sportradar is a Swiss company founded in 2001 that collects live sports data and sells it to betting operators, media companies and sports leagues, and it holds exclusive rights to distribute data from the NBA, NHL, ATP and many other competitions. Its business is a licensing chain: it pays leagues for official data rights, sends people to capture the feed reliably from the venue, and resells it to bookmakers who cannot price in-play markets without it. Headquartered in Sankt Gallen and listed on Nasdaq, it also operates integrity services that monitor betting patterns for match-fixing on behalf of federations.

We’re the world’s leading sports technology company, at the intersection between sports, media, and betting. More than 1,700 sports federations, media outlets, betting operators, and consumer platforms across 120 countries rely on our know-how and technology to boost their business.

Integrity Sales & Partnerships Lead reports to the VP, Integrity Services and serves as a member of the Integrity Services global Sales & Partnerships team. The role combines business development, strategic account management, commercial planning, and regional sales operations responsibilities to drive sustainable revenue growth across the Integrity Services portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, expanding strategic client relationships, and supporting the execution of the global product-led commercial strategy. Working closely with product owners, operational teams, and other Sportradar business units, the individual will act as a trusted advisor to sporting organisations while contributing directly to regional and global revenue objectives.

This position requires a commercially minded and results-oriented professional with strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance independent ownership of opportunities with collaborative execution across a global team.

THE CHALLENGE

  • Act as a member of the global commercial team, driving new business acquisition, account expansion, and cross-sell opportunities across the full Integrity Services portfolio, including Anti-Match-Fixing, Integrity Education, Due Diligence, Athlete Protection, Anti-Doping, and other Integrity Services solutions.
  • Identify, evaluate, and advance commercial opportunities across sporting entities, including international federations, national federations, leagues, clubs, event organisers, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
  • Own individual revenue, pipeline, and business development targets, contributing directly to regional and global Integrity Services growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority clients, identifying opportunities for contract renewals, service expansion, and long-term partnership growth.
  • Provide exceptional account management and customer care, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across the sports ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with global product owners and commercial colleagues to identify, develop, and progress opportunities across the Integrity Services portfolio.
  • Actively contribute market intelligence, client feedback, and competitive insights to support product development, commercial strategy, and go-to-market planning.
  • Represent Sportradar Integrity Services at industry conferences, forums, workshops, and stakeholder events.
  • Work closely with other Sportradar business units to identify joint opportunities, support strategic pursuits, and maximise the value of existing client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, contract, and forecasting data within Salesforce, ensuring transparency and consistency across the sales cycle.
  • Support commercial planning and regional forecasting through the preparation of revenue reports, pipeline analysis, business reviews, and market assessments.
  • Contribute to the development of regional market intelligence, identifying emerging trends, governance developments, regulatory changes, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the Integrity Services portfolio, products, and market positioning, acting as a trusted internal and external subject matter expert.
  • Drive operational excellence and regional efficiency through disciplined Salesforce utilisation, commercial reporting, pricing consistency, and contract management processes.
