About the Role
SpotDraft is looking for a hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale paid acquisition across search, social, and emerging channels, with a sharp focus on qualified pipeline, acquisition efficiency, and revenue impact.
We want an analytical operator with an AI-first mindset who combines deep performance marketing fundamentals with modern AI tools and automated workflows to build lean, fast, and scalable acquisition engines.
What You’ll Do
Scale Core Acquisition Channels: Lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of Google and Bing search campaigns, alongside LinkedIn paid social programs that target legal ops, procurement, and enterprise buyers.
Build AI and Automation Workflows: Eliminate operational drag by using LLMs, APIs, and no-code tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n to automate recurring reporting, ad copy generation, keyword discovery, and anomaly detection.
Pioneer Emerging Ad Surfaces: Plan media budgets dynamically across high-performing channels, while actively designing structured experiments on emerging AI-native advertising platforms such as ChatGPT ads.
Drive Experimentation and Funnel Attribution: Execute a disciplined testing roadmap across ad creatives, bidding strategies, and dedicated landing pages, while partnering closely with Marketing Operations to safeguard reliable attribution and full-funnel reporting.
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years of hands-on paid acquisition experience, with a strong preference for candidates from B2B SaaS or complex enterprise environments.
Proven multi-channel expertise: Demonstrated success managing high-intent Google Search campaigns and full-funnel LinkedIn Ads aimed at driving pipeline and revenue rather than vanity engagement.
Practical AI fluency: A verifiable habit of integrating tools like ChatGPT and Claude into daily workflows to accelerate campaign research, analysis, and execution.
Strong analytical rigor: Highly comfortable working with marketing attribution models, pipeline conversion metrics, and spreadsheet modeling to make data-backed budget decisions.
High execution agency: Comfortable working in fast-moving environments, building acquisition playbooks from scratch, and independently driving initiatives from concept to launch.
Bonus Points: Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier, alongside familiarity with HubSpot and the legal technology ecosystem.
