Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff or supervisors
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and residents
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping duties as needed
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Follow individualized care plans and facility protocols
• Ensure patient dignity, privacy, and respect at all times
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications:

• Current CNA or CHHA certification required
• Previous healthcare or caregiving experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Shift:

• Part-time 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3-00 PM -11:00 PM, 11:00 PM- 7:00 AM Weekends mandatory
