Director of Sales - Assisted Living

Spring Oak Senior Living is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales - Assisted Living to lead sales efforts for our community.

This role is responsible for driving occupancy, converting leads into move-ins, conducting tours, developing referral relationships, and managing the full sales process from initial inquiry through move-in.

We are looking for someone who is organized, responsive, relationship-focused, and motivated by results.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and achieve monthly and quarterly sales, census, and move-in goals
• Respond promptly to new inquiries and consistently follow up with prospective residents and families
• Conduct personalized community tours and guide prospects through the decision-making process
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through deposit and move-in
• Maintain accurate lead activity, follow-up, and pipeline information in the CRM
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, healthcare providers, senior professionals, and other referral sources
• Conduct external sales outreach, networking, and community events to generate new leads
• Track sales activity, lead conversion, tours, deposits, move-ins, and occupancy performance
• Conduct competitive market analysis and stay informed about local senior living options and pricing
• Coordinate with the community team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to move-in
• Represent Spring Oak professionally and compassionately with prospective residents, families, and referral partners

Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior living, assisted living, or healthcare sales experience required
• Proven ability to increase occupancy and achieve sales goals
• Strong sales, closing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing leads and follow-up through a CRM or sales management system
• Strong organization, responsiveness, and follow-through
• Comfortable conducting tours, making outbound calls, networking, and developing referral relationships
• Ability to work professionally and compassionately with older adults and their families
