The mission -

Every good sales conversation at Sprinto starts long before anyone picks up the phone. It starts with knowing who to talk to, what's happening inside their company, and why compliance is suddenly on their roadmap.

That's the work you'll be doing. As a Market Research & Enrichment Intern, you'll dig into companies, industries, and markets to figure out which accounts fit Sprinto and which people inside them matter. Your research becomes the foundation our Sales and Marketing teams build campaigns on.

This isn't a "copy names into a sheet" internship. You'll learn how modern B2B companies decide who to sell to, and you'll get sharp at finding signal in messy, scattered, publicly available information.

Where you'll leave your mark?

• Run primary and secondary research to build a picture of companies, industries, markets, and customers
• Find and organise information from public sources into something the team can actually act on
• Identify relevant companies and contacts against clearly defined research criteria
• Collect, validate, and structure research data in spreadsheets and internal systems
• Keep our research databases accurate and current, and flag what's gone stale
• Analyse what you find and turn it into summaries, reports, and presentations
• Pull together market, account, and customer insights that feed Sales and Marketing initiatives
• Learn and apply the research methodologies, tools, and processes the team runs on
• Work closely with your manager and teammates on ongoing research projects

The kind of builder we're looking for -

• You're a fresher or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or something adjacent
• You've already done at least 3 months as a Marketing Research Intern, so you know what real research work feels like
• You're good at finding things. Give you a half-formed question and you'll come back with sources, structure, and a point of view
• You're comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets and can keep a large dataset clean without being told twice
• You're detail-obsessed. A mismatched column or a duplicate row bothers you
• You think logically, write clearly, and can explain what your research means, not just what it says
• You pick up new tools quickly and don't wait for a manual
• You're curious enough to research an industry you've never heard of and come out understanding it
• You like working with data to answer questions, and you're interested in market research, sales, and B2B SaaS
• You adapt easily, stay open to feedback, and are comfortable in a fast-moving environment
