As a Revenue Operations Intern, you'll help build those systems.
Working closely with Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, Finance, and Product, you'll solve operational problems, analyse business data, improve workflows, and help teams make better decisions. You'll learn how a modern SaaS business operates from the inside-not by observing from the sidelines, but by contributing to projects that have real business impact.

Where you'll leave your mark?
- Help build the operating system behind revenue - Support the processes, reporting, and workflows that help Customer Success and Renewals teams operate more efficiently and deliver better customer outcomes.
- Turn data into better decisions - Analyse customer trends, operational metrics, and business performance to uncover insights that improve retention, renewals, and day-to-day execution.
- Solve operational problems that matter - Identify bottlenecks, simplify processes, and contribute to projects that make Sprinto's customer-facing teams faster, more effective, and easier to scale.
- Work across the business - Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Product, and Support, gaining first-hand exposure to how cross-functional teams work together to drive business growth.
- Build systems that last - Create documentation, trackers, dashboards, and operational playbooks that improve visibility, consistency, and execution across the organisation.

- You're currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field, and are excited to understand how high-growth SaaS businesses operate behind the scenes.
- You genuinely enjoy solving structured problems. Whether it's analysing data, improving a workflow, or organising complex information, you're someone who naturally looks for better ways of working.
- You're comfortable working with numbers and enjoy using data to understand why things happen-not just what happened.
- You're curious about business. Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Operations all interest you because you enjoy understanding how different parts of a company come together to create growth.
- You're organised, detail-oriented, and take pride in building processes that other people can rely on.
- You're comfortable with spreadsheets and analytical tools, and are excited to deepen your skills in platforms like Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
- You've already started exploring AI tools to analyse information, automate repetitive work, or improve the way you solve problems because you believe technology should make good operators even more effective.
